About Junior High Academics
In addition to learning the core subjects of Bible, English, Math, Science and History our students also have the opportunity to take elective classes: art, technology, PE, music, photography, and ASB. Each year, students have the opportunity to participate in camp, pep rallies, and spiritual emphasis days. Our hope is to provide students with opportunities to explore their giftedness, so that each individual discovers and develops their God-given talents.
CMCS offers a curriculum rooted in a God-centered view of life. This view holds that God’s Word is the standard for all truth. The curriculum, taught by a qualified Christian faculty, allows parents to provide their children with academic instruction consistent with the Christ-centered teaching received at home and at church.
It is our goal for CMCS Jr. High to educate, equip, and disciple our students for a lifelong commitment to loving and serving Christ. We strive to help all our students be prepared to enter high school and feel ready to move forward in their education.
