About 3rd Grade
Third grade is an exciting year filled with growing learning opportunities. Our heart is to see students grow in their responsibility skills and character development. We focus on math facts and mastering multiplication in third grade. We also discover more about the solar system and the Civil War while expanding our writing and vocabulary skills. We travel through the Bible, highlighting the stories of Jesus and learn to apply them to our personal lives.
In third grade, we go on several field trips. We visit the Jurupa Mountain Discovery Center to learn more about rocks and minerals. We also go to the OC Discovery Cube where we get great hands-on learning focused on earthquakes and tsunamis. We love seeing learning come alive for our students on field trips!

Mrs. Aldus loves creating an environment where students want to learn and are excited about coming to class.
